Information

 

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WHEN MAILING YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION:

  1. The Application Form, filled out completely.
  2. A handwritten letter of motivation (in English or French) stating your reasons for choosing a career in the hospitality and tourism industry, your chosen course of study, as well as the reasons you wish to enroll at AIM.
  3. Photocopies of your last three grade reports.
  4. Photocopies of degrees/diplomas.
  5. For candidates residing abroad, certificate of aptitude in English (TOEFL, English Language Certificate, Attestation of English study or courses completed in English with corresponding grades/transcripts,...).
 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE AND PROCESS OF ADMISSION

  1. Submission by applicant of all relevant documents.
  2. Upon receipt and consideration of applicant's file, AIM will notify applicant of his/her status.
  3. If the response is positive, applicants residing in France will be notified of the English test date.
  4. English test (multiple choice) and personal interview.
  5. Results posted by mail.
  6. The first Monday of October, orientation meeting with AIM administration, faculty and students.
  7. Classes begin the following day.
 




STUDENT STATUS:

AIM students are entitled to the same privileges accorded to French public university students, including social security/health coverage and access to student housing, recreation and restaurant facilities.
